Short version: it is a training tool. Practise freely, do not treat its verdicts as professional advice.
What the service is
PitchArena is conversation practice. You speak with fictional personas played by AI models, and an automated system scores how you handled the conversation against the objectives of the challenge.
What it is not
Scores, verdicts and skill titles are training feedback produced by statistical models. They are not an assessment of your professional abilities, not a recruitment tool, and not career, legal, financial or medical advice. The personas are fictional and their answers are generated — nothing they say is a statement of fact.
Your account
You are responsible for what you say during a round. Do not use the service to harass, to impersonate a real person, or to submit content you have no right to share. Do not put other people's personal data into a conversation — the transcript is stored.
We may suspend an account that abuses the service or the underlying AI providers.
Plans and billing
The Pro plan is billed through Stripe, in advance, each month. It grants 20 voice rounds per monthly period; the count resets at the start of each period and unused rounds do not carry over.
You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Deleting your account does not by itself cancel a subscription — cancel it first.
Availability
The service depends on third-party AI providers. It can be interrupted, and a round can fail. A Pro round counts against the monthly allowance once its voice session is opened, including when you leave before the end. When possible, PitchArena finalizes the objectives reached before an interruption.
Changes
These terms can change as the product does. Material changes will be announced in the product before they take effect.
